We want you to love your Le Bon Shoppe pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all socks and intimate apparel are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back to us in perfect condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable shipping fees.
